Race Registration & Banquet Notes

Tuckerman Inferno Race Registration Night

Racers are asked to be prepared to complete any outstanding payments due at the race registration night on Friday evening. Racers should plan to pick up their bags and race materials no later than 8:00 pm. If you get there later, you can check at the front desk at Eastern Slopes in to see if your race bag & materials have been left there. Any unclaimed race materials will be brought to the starting point at StoryLand at or around 6:00am and should be picked up prior to the race start.

Racers please have your captain or an assigned person from your team pick up race bags for the whole team at the race registration table if possible to help move things along. If additional dinner tickets are needed they can be purchased at registration table on Friday night between 5 and 8pm. A limited supply of dinner tickets are available, so availability will be on a first come first serve basis. No dinner tickets will be available for sale after 8pm or at the banquet. Pre-sales of banquet tickets are only while supplies last at $25 per ticket.  If you would like to reserve additional banquet tickets to pick up Friday at registration please email us. Put tickets in the subject line and be sure to state how many tickets, your name, and the name of your team.

Cash or check payments preferred for all merchandise purchased at the registration table.
Be sure to bring your tickets to the banquet - no ticket, no dinner!

Banquet & Awards Dinner

Racers should check in at the Wildcat base lodge to present a banquet/dinner ticket and to purchase raffle tickets for silent auction items to be raffled off later in the evening.
Volunteers will need to be available to help with prize distribution and other racer coordination needs. An emcee volunteer will have primary responsibility for making race awards announcements. Photographers are needed to take pictures of top athletes and teams during the ceremonies.
Volunteers who are assisting with gear transport from transition zones will be expected to check in with all remaining gear items at the Wildcat base lodge. A list of gear and its associated racer/owner information should be compiled and available to attendees that may still be checking on location and return of their gear.
Volunteers that want to attend and partake in the dinner are asked to make a modest contribution towards their meal subsidy.
